STRENGTH

introduction

What is the strength of your love?  What is the strength your innocence?

Learn more

Physical Training

Aerobic Training

necessary for all athletes, or anyone who wants to be in shape

Running

Command: Get out of breath!

Standing

The most natural human position.  Can be done as a workout with a weight vest as well.

Swimming

The highest potential for overall output of work capacity.  It is truly a total body workout.

Walking

One of the healthiest behaviors one can practice.

Meditation

20 minutes, two times, every other day, of any of these, is more than enough.

Bi-Neural Beats

Stereo headphones are required.  Different subliminal sounds are played in each ear, usually over audible ones like bells or rain.

"Ceasing all conscious activity."

Lying or sitting as long and still as possible with no disturbances.

Chanting

Chanting something in your head, or out loud, sitting quietly.

Zone

You don't even need to think!

Strength Training

Core value for every athlete. Can also help with many injuries or elderly.

Elementary

Have you wrestled with your dad?  Anyone could.

Jr. High Level

Learn the basics.  Acquaint your self.  Get to know the environment.  Feel safe.  Be strong

High School Level

Three sets of ten.  Last rep to failure.  Muscle exhaustion.

College Level

Incorporate every muscle group, and, significant cardio.

Any training advice from this site should be confirmed safe, by an authority.

World Class Gyms

Excellent gym that I am a member of, right now! Easy $20/m includes access to all amenities.
While I was a member of this gym, I did a 4.5-hour workout.
My first trip away from home was at a YWCA camp.
I once worked as a building supervisor and lifeguard at this company.
